Year 2007 is my first approach to 30 Hour Famine Camp where I’ve participated as a camper with a group of friends. It’s really an amazing experience and inspired me a lots. It really makes me grateful for the assets that I never thought I had and the heart to lend a helping hand towards them. I said to myself, definitely I will come back again; In 2008, I’ve sponsored a child. In 2010, I’ve applied for volunteer; In 2013, I’ve joined 30-Hour Famine Warriors DIY-Camp at Penang as committee. I’m blessed, appreciated and thankful for every new experience and sweet memories that I’ve gained. All of us experienced hunger together, shared hunger together, from which I learned to respect life, learning to understand poverty and satisfaction with the present. These people, like us, are living on this small planet, please join our big family, put your hands up, rescue the poor, let them be free from hunger.

2007年，我抱着新鲜与想尝试的心情跟随一班好友第一次参加饥饿30营，当时它带给我多大的震撼，我感恩我所拥有的，也希望可以对他们伸出援手，尽一份心意。 我对自己说， 有机会还会再来参加；2008年，我助养了一名小孩。2010年，我申请当志工；2013年，我当上了槟城DIY饥饿30营的筹委。 每一次的新体验，每一次的美好回忆，都让我获益良多，而且很珍惜也很感恩。大家一同体会饥饿，一同分享饥饿，从中我学会了尊重生命，了解贫困和学习知足。这些人和我们一样，都是生活在这个小小地球上，请加入我们的大家庭，伸出你的双手，有钱出钱，有力出力，解救贫穷，让他们免于饥饿。
